Yellow braised chicken is a very popular home-cooked dish, and using a specialized yellow braised chicken sauce can simplify the cooking process. Here’s a recipe based on 80 grams of yellow braised chicken sauce:
Prepare Ingredients: Clean the chicken, cut it into pieces; slice the ginger, crush the garlic, cut the green and red peppers and potatoes into pieces.
Marinate the Chicken: Mix the 80g of yellow braised chicken sauce with the chicken pieces and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Stir-fry: Heat some cooking oil in a pan, add the sliced ginger and crushed garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
